Online Class: Audition Techniques

Online auditions and self-tapes are here to stay. Many roles are getting hundreds to thousands of submissions. Stand out from the pack with poise, conviction and grace.

Believe it or not, making a clear, simple choice, listening, and responding truthfully is the potent formula that will make you SHINE in your audition. Learn how to drop the old you and reside in your hunger to be dangerously honest. Nothing beats it, and very few actors have mastered it.

Every Tuesday for 4 weeks: November 16, 23, 30, December 7

Each 2 hour session starts at 10am pst / 1pm est / 7pm gmt+2

This class is open to students worldwide. 12 person class (max)

You will receive a set of sides from the script, American Hustle. All material will be challenging and engaging. We will use this work to develop skills and resources  to make your auditions stand out to casting directors.

Your piece will be assigned 4 days before class. Get off book and show up ready to “audition”. You’ll receive adjustments from me and work with the piece a second time.

“Are you tired of starting your auditions with unbridled nervous energy?”

  • Get grounded
  • Speak with clarity and conviction
  • Get your character’s need met no matter what
  • Stand out from all the rest

The responsibility of the Actor is to dig deep and truly embrace a character, and then bring that person to life. By capturing the essence of your character you stop acting and your performance becomes authentic. You become authentic.
