I was fortunate enough to receive training from Kirk Baltz this past year on a film, it would not have been the same without him. As a coach, he is willing to be vulnerable himself – a willingness that is few and far between. Together, we thoroughly explored our own personal experiences as related to the film’s story, dissecting every detail and leaving it all at the rehearsal. Kirk introduced me to the highly-personal method of working with one’s dreams – a technique that, with Kirk’s practical experience, brought out beautiful moments. His genuine sincerity elicited the most sincere performance from myself.
